Help!
My Kid Hates School!

If your teen dreads Sunday nights, refuses to go to school, is bored with standardized education, feels uninspired, is struggling with being bullied or needs a mental health break or if you are exhausted from fighting for accommodations, you're not stuck, there are options.

In California, Public School isn't required and it isn't the only road to college or a good career...it isn't event the BEST road.

Bring your questions, your skepticism, and your teen.

We’ll also share details about our new Liberated Learners program for teens at Bungalow Lane, launching January 2027, and leave time for your questions.

Liberate your Learner.

About our Liberated Learner Cohort

Our first cohort opens in January 2027. Learners 15 years old and up will come together at our Fig Garden Learning Center for community, socialization, workshops, labs, and interest driven group sessions as well as one on one tutoring and advisory meetings. Advisory meetings reflect on everything they are learning and doing at Bungalow, at home, community college classes and volunteer work, sports, jobs, and passion projects. Advisors help learners set goals, and hold themselves accountable for results.

Our onsite offerings are interest driven and may include topics like:
